“There might have been a sudden rush in people offering Rock Shox BoXXer bolt pattern direct mount stems now that the fork manufacturers seem to be adopting it as standard, but Sunline are one of the few to have been offering one for years. So what’s this one doing in Fresh Produce then? Simple, they’ve now added this 42mm reach one to the previous 50mm, and now you get a choice of either Pewter or black anodised finish. The unique and highly effective three-piece design remains the same, as does the price tag, and the low weight at just 136g for the 42mm version and 147g for the 50mm.” [Dirt Mtb Issue 93, Pg 48]

V-One 762 OS Flat Bar

“When is a flat bar not a flat bar? When it’s a Sunline flat bar. The reason being that rather than being completely flat, this bar stays level with the top of the bar clamp bulge and then tapers upwards at the bottom, which effectively results in about 5mm of rise. Sweep wise they have 11° of back sweep and no up-sweep, but in reality you can just rotate the bars to give a similar feel to regular riser bars. At 762mm wide they’re the widest bar in the Sunline range, and plenty wide enough for even the most ape like riders. Despite the width, the tripple butted construction means that they still weigh in at a reasonable 312g. So, if you’re after a pair of not quite flat bars in grey or black finish, then these are good ones to go for. ” [Dirt Mtb Issue 93, Pg 48]

Press Release – Sunline V1 Seatpost

Just in stock are the brand new Sunline V1 seatposts, offering the perfect match for the V1 bar and stem range.

Made from lightweight 2024 aluminium alloy, with a one piece shaft and head assembly, giving a great blend of XC weight with DH strength. The post also has a unique ‘worm gear’ clamp angle adjuster, along with a super secure twin bolt seat rail clamp – this is also 40 mm long to help prevent any seat rail twisting and bending.

The post will be available in 3 sizes (27.2, 30.9 and 31.6mm) and in a 400mm length. Available initially in black anodised, to be followed shortly by dark grey anodised – both with laser etched graphics.
